タイトルと同じ幅まで伸ばしてもらえれば大丈夫です。
もし制御できない場合は先方に大きめの画像デザイン作成依頼します。

I believe you are plugging in an image, so if you could extend it to the same width as the title, that would be fine.
If we cannot control it, we will ask the other party to create a larger image design.
